Will you make me do something with which I am not comfortable?

Under hypnosis, you can not be told to do something that you are not comfortable with.  Hypnosis can be seen as a form of guided meditation similar to loosing your self in a great movie or book.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis is a relaxed state of being that will allow your subconscious to accept suggestions that will assist you in your daily life.
